| 1. | Buyer agrees to take said dog to a licensed Veterinarian with 3 business days of this purchase. Within this time should said dog be deemed unsuitable due to health issues, then Seller will refund purchase price, after said dog has been returned to Seller. | 2. | As said dog/puppy is being sold as pet quality only certain conditions will not be guaranteed by this contract, such as malocclusions, grade 1 and grade 2 luxating patellas, and demodetic mange. If during the life of said dog/puppy, it develops a genetic condition, which renders the dog lame or is life threatening, Seller will replace said dog/puppy with one of equal value when one is available. This will occur only after proof of such condition(s) exists. Proof will consist of appropriate documentation furnished by 2 different veterinarians from different clinics. This documentation must be on veterinary letterhead along with the signatures of the diagnosing veterinarians. Proof of altering must also be given prior to replacement. Owners of affected dog/puppy may keep this dog/puppy, if they desire to do so. Keeping the dog/puppy will not affect replacement guarantee. | 3. | Buyer agrees that at NO time will this dog be allowed to roam free, be tied to a stake or left unattended outdoors when no one is home to monitor. If it is found that any of these conditions should exist, Seller has the right to immediately take possession of said dog/puppy without recourse from Buyer. | 4. | If Buyer is not able to care for said dog in any area of it's life at any time, which includes proper housing, training, veterinary care, or Buyers lifestyle changes and said dog no longer has a place in it, then it is to be returned to Seller at Buyers expense for placement by Seller. | 5. | Said dog is to be spayed/neutered by age 6mos, if not already altered when leaving Seller. Proof is to be furnished to Seller on Veterinary letterhead and signed by the Veterinarian who performed the surgery that procedure was done. | 6. | At NO time may said dog be bred. If said dog produces a litter of puppies or sires a litter of puppies, then up to $5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) will be owed to Seller, per incident (incident defined as: per litter produced and litter is defined as one live puppy) for breach of contract. | 7. | At NO time may ornamental tattooing be done to this dog/puppy, other than for means of identification such as done with tattoo-a-pet. At NO time may the dogs name be tattooed on the body of the dog/puppy or any other tattoo for ornamental reasons. | 8. | Deposit is non-refundable should Buyer fail to take possession in a timely manner or changes their mind on wanting the dog/puppy that is being held for them.
