1.	Buyer agrees to take said dog to a licensed Veterinarian with 3 business days of this purchase. Within this time should said dog be deemed unsuitable for breed/show or have health issues, Seller will refund purchase price, after said dog has been returned to Seller at Sellers expense. If Buyer does not take dog/puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within the appointed time, then this contract is fully binding as though Buyer had taken dog/puppy to a licensed Veterinarian and was completely satisfied regarding dogs/puppies condition. 2.	At the time of this contract, said puppy/dog was evaluated to have breeding/show potential (if under the age of 6 mos) or to be of breeding/show quality (if over the age of 6 months). This puppy/dog was born on _____________and is under _______ or over _________ 6 months of age. This means that said puppy/dog is capable of attaining his/her UKC Championship. This contract does not state that said puppy/dog will attain his/her UKC Championship as variables such as proper grooming and conditioning, feeding, and training are the sole responsibilities of _____________________________________________________. Should ____________________________________________not meet his/her responsibilities, this contract becomes null and void except for monies owed the seller , if any are due. 3.	It is understood that the American Hairless Terrier/ Rat Terrier-hairless variety is a relatively new breed and therefore the conformation status of said puppy/dog may not yet be of the quality desired. Seller guarantees said dog/puppy to be free from genetic disorders that will render said dog/puppy unsuitable for breeding. If all clearances are met at age one year, such as Patellas grade no more than one, OFA screening clear, Hips X-rayed clear for Legg-Calves Perthes and eyes CERF'd clear, then said puppy/dog is indeed of breeding quality and Seller will have met the terms of this contract. If a genetic disorder occurs rendering the dog/puppy to be unsuitable for breeding, then Seller will replace said dog/puppy with one of equal value when one is available. This will occur only after proof such condition(s) exists. Proof will consist of appropriate documentation furnished by 2 different Veterinarians from different clinics. This documentation must be on Veterinary letterhead along with the signatures of the diagnosing veterinarians. Owners of affected dog/puppy may keep this dog/puppy, if they desire to do so. If they choose to keep the dog/puppy, proof of altering must be given prior to replacement. Keeping the dog/puppy will not affect replacement guarantee. No monies will be refunded. 4.	If Buyer at any time uses said dog/puppy for breeding or said dog/puppy attains its UKC Championship it will be understood that Seller has fulfilled all obligations to Buyer. Agreed: Seller __________________Buyer _________________
5.	It is agreed by both parties that any puppies resulting from this dog/puppy sold as pets will be sold/given away on a spay/neuter contract. Agreed: Seller: ____________ Buyer: ______________
6.	It is also agreed by both parties that when this puppy/dog reaches breeding age it will be bred only to another dog of the same breed, the exception being to a registered, purebred Rat Terrier, that is also free from known genetic defects. Agreed: Seller:________________ Buyer: ________________
7.	It is also agreed that at ANY TIME during the life of this puppy/dog, the Buyer can not keep said puppy/ dog, no matter what that reason is, said puppy /dog is to be returned to Seller at Buyers expense, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing at that time. 8.	It is also agreed that AT NO TIME may said puppy/dog or any of its progeny be sold or given to any pet shop, wholesale outlet, broker or persons for the sole purpose of breeding for sale (commonly referred to as puppy mills). It is agreed by both Seller and Buyer that should this occur, $5000.00 (five thousand dollars) will be owed to the Seller for breach of contract. 9.	At NO time may tattooing be done to this puppy/dog other than for means of identification such as done with tattoo-a-pet. At NO time may the dogs name be tattooed on the body of the dog/puppy or any other tattoo for ornamental reasons.
